Art Basel hosts multiple shows throughout the world each year to bring artists together. It is an opportunity to show off significant works of contemporary art while bringing the community together in a unique way.
Our team had the privilege of being part of the Miami Beach 2019 event in Wynwood as vendors. We made custom shirts on-site while documenting our experiences with an HD camera.
Several highlights stand out for our team, but the opportunity to provide shirts to Brisco and multiple Florida artists was incredible. There was never a dull moment!
Networking with Artists is a Life-Changing Experience
It all began with a Friday team breakfast to set the tone for the weekend. Then we set out to meet our objectives for 9SupplyCo.
Studio 23 was our first destination, and we had a fantastic experience while networking with the people of Miami. PnB Rock, MadeInPhilly, Tory Lanez, and several additional celebrities were in attendance that night.
Walking along Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue was another treasured moment. You can’t get warm sands with palm trees during the winter in Jersey. It was wonderfully pleasant to wear our summer clothes for a few days.
We got to chat with fellow vendors, form new relationships with entrepreneurs, and enjoy the creative atmosphere that surrounded us all. It was one of those moments where you feel humbled by the scope of the experience while still being proud to represent who you are.
Meeting up with friends from Montclair to share this time in Florida made it even more special for all of us.
Looking Forward to Art Basel 2020 in Miami
Art Basel’s logistics provided us with a consistent learning experience. Whether we were touring the Skye Bird Art Gallery, grabbing a drink on South Beach, or networking with other creatives, our team maximized every opportunity. Our brand had an excellent weekend, and it was all because our team came together during this life-changing opportunity.
Getting to introduce our brand to the people of Florida with close friends was an absolute blessing. 9SupplyCo will be in attendance again in 2020. Will we see you there?
